During an Initial Reiki Energy Healing Session (New client session), we will discuss any issues, concerns and questions before moving onto the
Reiki energy work. We want to make sure that you are comfortable with us and the healing work before any energy healing is performed.
At Essence of Healing, we have created a calm, safe environment allowing you to relax and bring your being into balance and harmony.
During a Reiki energy session, you will lay fully clothed on a bodywork table removing only your shoes.
Individuals have reported great feelings of peace, relaxation, and are sometimes more energized depending on the individual and the work
done during the reiki energy healing session. A recent client reported a "lifting" feeling and said that she could "feel the heat, and energy from
my hands almost as if I had used hot stones."
Everyone experiences a reiki energy healing session differently but all seem to state that it is very calming and relaxing.
After your New Client Session of 75 minutes, subsequent sessions can range from
30 minutes to 90 minutes depending on your individual preference and needs at the time.
During any reiki energy session, focus can be directed in helping with emotional problems such as depression and anxiety as well as addictions like
alcohol or food. Addiction and weight loss treatments usually require at least three treatments within a close period of time for positive effects.
Reiki energy healing sessions are designed to address individual and specific needs you may have. A range of methods to facilitate the energy
movement and enhance the healing process may be used including crystals, sound,sprays, shamanic practices, guided intuition.
