Energy Sessions are offered in 30, 60 or 90 minute appointments. Many forms of therapy are used, i.e. Crystal therapy, sound therapy,
guided imagery or meditation, as well as the use of essences specially made by Elaine. Individually designed to help you clear,
strengthen and balance your body systems to allow you to function in a more healthy and natural way. Great complement to traditional and
alternative therapies. Our Initial Reiki Session (for first time clients) combines a 60 minutes energy session with introduction and discussion
about the process and your specific concerns.
Reiki Training we offer training in Traditional Usui Reiki, Levels I, II, Master Practitioner, and Master Trainer. Reiki I is designed to jump start
your healing of Self. Self Healing is the primary focus, learning how to begin the process of healing you inner self, your inner child, your
higher self. Healing others using Reiki is also covered as well as performing a typical Reiki session and the treatment's hand positions
used. Reiki II focuses on deepening your connection to the energy. With the II degree training you learn the Reiki Symbols for Distance
Healing and Emotional/Mental Healings.
