Reiki Level I Practitioner Training...
This is the first class in becoming a Reiki Practitioner. The Reiki Level I student receives Reiki through an attunement in which certain Chakras
(energy centers) are opened within the body allowing the practitioner to be able to channel Reiki for self-care and others. Students of Reiki Level I
may experience an energetic shift in the hands which grows and changes as Reiki is used in one's life.
During this class, you will learn the foundations of Reiki, how to channel Reiki energy to heal yourself and others, and you will receive your Reiki
attunement which will open your chakras to Reiki energy. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a certificate as a Reiki Level I
Practitioner and be able to perform Reiki on yourself and others.
Class Description
Upon completing the class: Continue practicing Gassho / Hatsurei-ho and self treatments daily for 21 days. Begin giving others Reiki treatments. You will receive your
certificate upon completion of the 21 days. You will be asked to keep a journal for the 21 days and submit it to us and you will then receive your certificate.
Cost: $150. A Deposit of $50 is required to hold your space. Balance due by class date.

**HOST A REIKI CLASS (available in the North Shore area)... Open your home/workplace to Reiki by hosting a Reiki class. As a host, you will get a discount on your
Reiki training! Must have at least 3 other people registered for the class in order to get your discount. If interested, please contact Nicol at nicol@essencehealing.net.
If you are unable to attend any scheduled classes, different class times may be arranged to accommodate conflicting schedules.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, there may be times when we may be sitting or lying on the floor during meditation.

- What Reiki Is / How Reiki Works
- Chakra Balancing Meditation & Reiki I Meditation
- Learn Gassho & Hatsurei-ho (Reiki meditation)
- Reiki I Attunement
- Learn Hand Positions for Self Treatments
- Learn Hand Positions for Treating Others
- Practice performing Reiki on self and another as well as receiving Reiki
- Learn about the Human Aura and ways of protecting self
- Receive a Reiki Manual
- Receive a Reiki I Certificate upon completion of 21 days of Reiki.
