Meditation Gathering...
The basic objective of meditation is to develop concentration and focus on more positive and creative thoughts and ideas.
Meditation clears the mind of the useless clutter of negative and self destructive thinking.

Meditation has many functions:

*It overcomes inner problems such as those created by anger, jealousy, attachment, and ignorance
*It controls our mind and brings inner peace
*It enables us to cultivate virtuous intentions that lead us to perform good actions
*It eliminates non-virtuous intentions that lead us to perform harmful actions.
*By practicing meditation we gain experience of the many levels of spiritual realization and progress to higher and
higher levels of spiritual attainment until we accomplish the highest of all, the state of Nirvana.





Meditation is a great way to relieve stress and return to your center, strengthening and creating balance within.  Whether you find it difficult to attain a
meditative state on your own, have trouble simply finding the time to sit and be, or just simply need some guidance in attaining a peaceful state in
which your mind, body and spirit can relax and refresh.  Everyone can benefit from Meditation!  Join us for guided meditations to help you achieve a
state of well-being and strengthen your connection to Self.  We have found that group meditation appears to strengthen and intensify the experience.
